offering genuine brand name products only. With that statement above, we are legally bound and morally
bound to serve our customers with the right products to our customers. All
watches, and any brand names represented on our store front are 100% genuine brand names. All jewelry
products represented materials such as 14K, 18K, and platinum
are genuine materials. All inclusive brand names mentioned on our site are brand names of the respective holders.
What is your return policy?

Because we believe that you may not like the way a watch or a jewelry looks,
and that you may change your mind, or you just simply
decide to get something else; we
offer no hassle 30 days return policy. The 30 days applies 30
days from the day we ship your original order. We also ask that you do
not wear, size, or alter the watches and jewelry if you decide to return the products. You may contact us for a return
assignment number (RA), for a return or an exchange. When we receive your
item(s), we will refund your order amount less shipping and
handling charges. All items must be returned in
their original condition, including the original packaging materials, warranty
cards (unfilled), documentation, and manuals. In all fairness,
we are simply asking you to return the product within 30 days
the product was shipped in the same condition it was sent to you,
and that you pay for all shipping charges from and to us. For

When do you charge my credit card? Top
Once your order is received, we go through routine verification processes
to ensure that the credit card is verified. We do not charge
in real-time, which means that we do not automatically charge
your credit card when the order comes through. After the
credit verification process is done, and when we are ready to
ship your products, we then process your credit card at that
time. All credit cards are charged on the day that the products
are shipped.

We gladly ship to all over the world, with few exceptions( we
do not ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and
few other countries not mentioned here). We receive frequent orders from all over
the world, and we accept credit card payments, wire transfer,
or international money order. Please refer to the international shipping section
for additional details. Please keep in mind that we do not
collect tax or duty of any sort for shipping to international
locations. However, your local government typically via the
customs division of your country may collect duty from you at
the time of delivery. The shipping and handling cost due to
customer's refusal of the package will be incurred to the
customer for whatever the reason of refusal.
Do I have to pay shipping charges?

If your purchase total is $120 or over, you will receive free shipping.
Most watches we offer are over $120 dollars, and thus you
should automatically qualify for free shipping. If the
purchase is under $120, you simply pay a flat $7.00 shipping
charge. We also offer other shipping options for your faster delivery

Is my private information secure ?

name, phone number, and other information required to process

Do you match prices ?

service we are here to provide. Depending on the
circumstances, some companies may under cut our prices while
others may offer at higher prices. If you give us a chance for
the price match, we will do our best to see if we can match

all prices since the prices may differ due to factors

Do your watches have serial numbers?

All watches we offer on our site retain their serial numbers. We do
not remove the serial numbers that the manufactures may have inscribed
on the watches.
Tax, Do I have to pay sales tax?

The simple rule for the sales tax is that if your order is not
shipped within the State of California, we do not
collect sales tax from you. Hence, you only pay for the price of the
watch if you qualify for the free shipping. The current state law requires that 8.25% sales tax
amount be collected
on all orders shipped within the State of California. All shipments shipped
out of California are not taxed.Do you

box. The original watch box are included with the watches; and all
